OUR MISSION:
To forward needed supplies to our troops overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. The supplies we provide are items needed and requested by
military personnel that are not supplied by normal government issue. We receive the names of these men and women from their family
and friends. Special requests for needed supplies come to us through the families, as well as directly from the military personnel
themselves via e-mail. A typical box sent weighs approximately 35 pounds and is packed tightly with a variety of items. One box holds
enough items to service 8 or more people. Items included range from health care items to snacks, cereal, powdered drink mixes, hand and
foot warmers, small games, and much more. The cost to ship a typical box is approximately $65.00.
OUR CONTINUED SUCCESS DEPENDS ON COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
We ask that anyone with relatives or friends serving in the region please contact us with their loved one’s name and mailing information. If
there is a special need or request, please provide us with that information as well. We will do our best to provide your loved one and
his/her comrades with the requested items. If nothing is specified, a variety of items will be sent that they are sure to enjoy.
DONATIONS MAY BE IN THE FORM OF CASH OR CHECK, PAYABLE TO “THE PAYSON SUPPLY LINE.” 100% OF ALL MONEY
COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE NEEDED ITEMS AND FOR ANY NECESSARY SHIPPING CHARGES. WE ARE A NON-
PROFIT CORPORATION (501C-3) AND ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTABLE.

Our mission began in January of 2005. As of April 2008, over 650 boxes have been mailed out and received by our troops. We have
received many thank you notes via regular mail and e-mail, as well as many photos. These boxes are bringing much joy to the troops, and
we plan to continue our efforts until the last of our military personnel leave the regions.
